St. John's Wort has a long history of use by ancient Greeks, Native Americans, and herbalists. St. John's Wort has antibacterial, antioxidant, antiviral, antimicrobial, anti-inflamitory properties. Due to these properties we have used St. John's Wort to assist the body with nerve pain, fibromyalgia pain, sooth rashes, sunburns, hemorrohoids, psoriasis, shingles and some bug bites. It's wound healing properties can assist the skin in regeneration, while reducing inflation that can contribute to scars.

St. John's Wort is one of my top 10 herbs, but it can interact internally with many drugs so we share this herb topically only. For some people it can increase sensitivity to sun, so always use caution if you are going to apply and go play in the sun.
